I am a psychologist who has been providing psychological support and therapy for over 25 years. I can assist in clarifying goals, values and dreams, problem solve ways to move forward on this journey, direct you to strategies and interventions that have been demonstrated to work, and will assist you to create your own unique pathway to change.
